Trauma Healing Code

An important skill in your healing practice is to learn how to find and treat body position memory trauma.

Body position memory trauma is a phenomenon that is related to the actual position of the body at the time that it is subjected to a traumatic injury. This means that whenever the body is placed back into a similar position that it was in when it sustained the trauma, it goes into a reactive state of fear.

What is Trauma?

Trauma is an emotional pain in your life that shows up in the body both physically and emotionally. Typically, trauma is a result of an incident that has already occurred but research supports that it can also show up as fear of an event in the future, such as a cancer diagnosis. Trauma overwhelms our nervous system and its capacity to properly process an experience.

Pieces, or memories of that experience are subsequently left unprocessed, triggering an unreasonable response in our mind and body. It is critical for us as humans to address trauma in order to better control its impact on our well-being. If we are able to properly address someone’s trauma we can help them to become more resilient human beings.

How To Get Started With Healing Codes

If you are not already familiar with how to enter healing codes, we recommend that you work through a few resources before moving on to the QT trauma healing code.

Using The Trauma Healing Code

If you were subjected to a specific trauma, such as a severe auto accident, try to place yourself in the same position you were in at the time the trauma occurred. Then, muscle test the statement, “I want to be healthy.”

Like the rest of our healing codes, you will first need to enter the base code into your body.

This “enters” into the body the healing alphabet we use in our codes. After doing this, you will rarely have to actually tap out a code on the body. You’ll be able to simply read the code and the body will understand how to process the healing information. Learn more in this video:

To enter the codes, touch the body location points (outlined in our resources) while saying each abbreviation and the word it stands for (for example, “eb for EyeBrow”).

If it tests weak, put your body in that position and repeat the QT trauma healing code:

Repeat this until you test strongly on, “I want to be healthy.”

Can’t pinpoint the trauma?

If you do not know the specific trauma that is causing you pain, focus on or orient yourself in each of the following positions: lying on your back, lying on your stomach, lying on each side, seated, seated with your hands as if holding a steering wheel. If any of these positions test weak, repeat the QT trauma code until you can be in that position and test strong.

Remember, with Quantum Techniques there is no need to remember or relive a trauma for healing. However, the trauma may show up in more than one way through your thought patterns. For example, if you were in an auto accident, driving down that same road where the accident took place may elicit anxiety. So can the noise of a car horn, screeching tires or the sound of two cars colliding. Be sure to repeat the QT trauma code as many times as it is necessary in each scenario.

On rare occasions, a person may find that he or she still tests weak in a certain position, even after repeating the QT trauma code several times. If this is the case, please contact a Quantum Techniques practitioner.
