What do I do if I suddenly stop receiving QT email messages?

Start by checking your spam folder.  If you find the QT announcements in that folder, please select those messages and mark them as "not spam".  Then, add support@quantumtechniques.com to your "safe sender list".  If these are new concepts, please visit the help center for your email provider.

GMAIL USERS:  Gmail feature called "Promotions Tab" will hide all emails to our elist.  Please change the settings if you want these promotion messages to arrive in your inbox as follows:

  1. DRAG THIS EMAIL FROM THE TAB WHERE IT APPEARED AND DROP IT INTO THE PRIMARY TAB.
  2. CLICK YES WHEN PROMPTED TO ENSURE ALL FUTURE EMAILS FROM QT SHOW UP IN THE PRIMARY TAB.

How do I download the MP3 Recording?

In order to access and download the MP3 Recording, please do the following:

  1. Open the teleclinic information email you recieved after purchasing the telelcinic
  2. Click on the link in the email
  3. This will open a new internet window of the teleclinic replay
  4. Windows users, right-click on the link, and select 'Save As'
    Mac users, command-click on the link


When I try to download the MP3 it just plays through my browser instead of downloading:

Depending on the browser you are using, you may need to download the MP3 manually. Stop the player first.  Then do this:
Windows users, right-click on the link, and select 'Save As'.
Mac users, command-click on the link.


Will I use the same phone number and passcode for every teleclinic?

There may be a different phone number.  Passcodes vary with every teleclinic offered by Quantum Techniques.


I missed the teleclinic, how do I listen to it after it has occurred?

Every teleclinic is sold with access to a webinar replay that also features an MP3 download of the teleclinic.


Can I use a special offer after I have purchased a product?

No- A product offer or coupon code must be used at the time of the purchase.


How can I access my downloads after purchasing them in the shopping cart?

In order to access your downloads, please log into your account  HERE. When clicking "My Account" in the top righ corner, you can access a tab (center screen) labled "Files".  You can download your digital content on this page.


How long will webinar replay be available?

Webinar replay of each Quantum Techniques Teleclinic will be available indefinitely.
