Our Billing & Payment Policy
If you, the client, calls a practitioner for a session an invoice will be incurred and you will be billed during the billing period. You are not billed if you do not call a practitioner.
These are our policies regarding billing and payment:
All accounts must be paid in full with a credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express) or a debit card (having a VISA or MasterCard logo on it).
Invoices incurred between the 1st and the 15th of the month will be charged to the client on the 17th of that month. Invoices incurred between the 16th and the last day of the month will be charged to the client on the 2nd day of the following month.
Statements are sent out one time a month after the billing on the 2nd of each month to all our active clients. To save natural resources, we are emailing billing statements to clients with an active email address rather than using postal mail.
The size of our practice requires that we use an automated billing system. We can no longer make special billing arrangements unless the client is willing to pay for the cost of those arrangements. With the exception of issues involving a credit card expiration date, each client will be billed $20.00 for each instance where collecting what is owed cannot be fully performed with our automated system. This includes, but is not limited to: declined credit cards, not paying off the full balance, repeatedly using multiple cards, etc. Because we understand things can happen, we will allow one instance free per client.
It is the responsibility of the cardholder to inform us promptly of any changes regarding the current credit card on file, new expiration dates, etc. Report these changes in this FORM.

It is the responsibility of the client to track their own minutes-per session and session dates/charges. Please feel free to ask your practitioner for this information at the end of your session(s).

Payment Information
Bioenergetic correction is not typically a health insurance reimbursable item. Some medical savings plans do allow for these services if they are billed as acupressure for allergies or pain control.
Bill my credit or debit card twice a month for the sessions provided to the client. Bill my credit or debit card for the session(s) I received. I accept that it is my responsibility to keep track of the time I use or ask the Practitioner how much time I have used at the end of each session.
If you have a session with a practitioner, then an invoice will be incurred and your credit card will be charged at the end of the bi-monthly billing period during which your session occurred.
Bi-monthly billing dates are always the same 1-15 Billed on the 17th. Then all sessions billed on the 16th through the last day of the month are always billed on the 2nd of the next month.
Statements are sent out on the 2nd after all billing is completed
You are not billed if you do not have a session with a practitioner.
Session Fees
Because of the intense and lengthy research and development that has gone into this work, its high success rate, and the accessibility of our Practitioners, we charge from $5.00 to $7.50 per minute, depending on which practitioner you work with (reference each practitioner’s individual bio pages to see specific rates). Minutes used are billed semi-monthly to your credit card. If the client is not dramatically better at the end of the first session, we refund the entire amount as long as the client calls with this information within 24 hours of the session.
You will notice as you study the information prior to your first session (learn the tapping or energy informational points, chakras and the nine gamut treatment), that most of your sessions can be rather short. Sessions vary greatly in length depending on whether it is a simple or complex issue. Most initial sessions run 15 to 45 minutes long. After the first session, it typically takes 5 to 10 minutes per issue treated to give a corrective code.
A simple issue to treat would be food poisoning or a single event trauma. Either of these issues may be a 5 to 15 minute session. An example of a complex issue could be chronic fatigue syndrome. This might include: a fungal infection with gluten and lactose intolerance, hidden virus, hidden bacteria, parasites, heavy metal toxicity, incomplete chiropractic adjustments, food intolerance, food and personal care product toxicity, cranial sacral involvement, neurotransmitters and hormonal imbalances. There will also be hidden trauma fields, beliefs and conscious conflicts blocking healing in the person’s life today. This session includes many issues and may take 30 to 45 minutes for the first session. The client is responsible to let us know how many issues they want to address in a single session.
If you will learn to self test through Truth Techniques, and record the sessions, we will teach you how to do 90% of this work on your own. That is our goal. This work will change your life. Our job is to teach you as quickly as possible how to do your own healing, so you only need to call us when you are stuck.
